Post election update. The fun may never end! Trump won and the opposition cannot live with it at all. They would rather have everyone go down in flames then have President have even a modest success. In the real world the USA Markets have done extremely well since the November 8, 2016 election of Donald Trump. In the end I know that he will be very good for the USA if not the world as long as he gets a fair shake. As a business professional he has to love people and will and can get along with anyone.
What do I see now? I see the fortunes and markets of the World waiting for success from anywhere. It is not unlike a bus stop with patrons waiting for a late, but very anticipated bus. Markets have done very well but over the last 5-6 weeks are waiting for something while we are in a trading range. I believe the Markets are waiting for a positive catalyst I'm the USA such as Tax Reform, Health Care or Infrastructure past through congress. I am very certain that as the political situation settles in the USA all Markets will rise.
What am I doing at this point? I am identifying securities that I want to own and accumulating as there are pull backs in the market. I see Asia coming back into its own once again with the exception of the hot mess in North Korea. As with the USA we again have issue that will prevent the Asian economies to reach full potential until resolved or proven to be under control.
